Tutoring Policy

1. NO REFUNDS


 a. Once a lesson is booked and confirmed, there are no refunds available.

  

   Please ensure your commitment before making a reservation.



2. MISSED LESSON POLICY


 a. In the event that you miss a scheduled lesson, you will receive a credit

   of equal value. This credit can be used to book another lesson of the

   same duration for free.



3. LESSON ATTENDANCE RESTRICTIONS


 a. I reserve the right to restrict the number of lessons that can be missed

   if excessive absenteeism negatively impacts my schedule or availability

   for other students. This is to ensure fair access for all clients.



4. CREDIT LIMITATIONS


 a. Credits issued for missed lessons are non-transferable and

   non-convertible into real currency.


 b. The booking portal allows you to use your credit to pay for part of a

   booking, and you may pay the difference.



5. ROBUX PAYMENTS FOR CREDITS


 a. In cases of paying for credits in Robux, it is your responsibility to

   ensure you want the credits and have a booking in mind that you wish

   to use them on. Credits cannot be refunded once purchased.



6. PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION


 a. No credits will be provided, and bookings will not be confirmed until

   payment is received.


 b. Proper Payment: Ensure you pay directly through the system. Do not

   manually provide payment to any account without first being shown a

   pending invoice explicitly requesting it. If you provide payment outside

   of the system without requesting it, no refund or bookings are guaranteed

   or required.



7. REPORTING MALICIOUS CONTRACT BREACHES


 a. I work to report any malicious contract breaches to the appropriate

   authorities, including but not limited to HD.



8. SERVICE SUSPENSION


 a. While I am grateful for your continued patronage, I reserve the right

   to immediately suspend my service and cease taking bookings, either in

   general or from you specifically. This action may be taken at my

   discretion and without prior notice.



9. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL


 a. I will always reply to you as fast as possible; however, you understand

   that my response outside of lesson time is voluntary and subject to my

   personal life. Please be direct when DMing me; don't ask to ask or work

   your way into a question.



10. BENEFITS


 a. The benefits of this service are any resource you are given access to

   because you are a student. You may not download, share or otherwise

   distribute these resources.


 b. These benefits are an additional gift to my contractual obligation,

   and may be removed at any time without warning – they hold no meaning

   in transactional agreements and you may not request or withhold funds

   because of an issue with any beneficial resource.



11. TRANSACTIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND ATTENDANCE


 a. When you book a lesson and choose a time, a transaction is processed.


 b. Your selected time is guaranteed. If I cannot attend, your payment will

   be transferred to a future lesson and you will receive a discount as

   compensation.


 c. My payment system (You -> Trafft/Calendly -> PayPal -> Bank) does not

   support easy refunds. Refunds are not possible unless I make an explicit

   exception. Compensation is only valid while my service remains open and

   you remain an accepted client.


 d. If I cannot attend a lesson, I will move the booking and notify you.

   You may change the new slot if needed.


 e. No refund is offered if the replacement time is not ideal. You must use

   the credit provided.


 f. Your lesson starts and ends at the scheduled time. If you arrive late

   (up to 10 minutes), the lesson will still end at the original time.


 g. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the lesson must be rescheduled.

   I will not wait in the Google Meet beyond that.


 h. To join the lesson, use the Google Meet link provided after booking.

   Do not contact me on another platform.


 i. If I am late, a timer will begin when I arrive to ensure you receive

   the full time you paid for.



12. REJECTED LESSONS


 a. A rejected lesson is an appointment I am unable to attend. It will be

   marked 'rejected' on the portal.


 b. If I’m unable to make a particular slot for any reason and it’s too late

   to reschedule, I’ll mark it as rejected and provide you with instructions

   to reschedule for free (via a credit).


 c. This credit cannot be reverted into USD. It must be used to create a new

   booking, or to pay the difference on a larger booking/invoice.


 d. I reserve the right to reject your lesson if:

   - You did not book for the intended purpose of this service, and you

    booked to harass or otherwise contact.

   - I may not have direct evidence of your intentions, but I may reject

    your booking if your account or its associated links/usernames suggest

    a likely misuse of the service.


 e. If I reject your appointment due to the reasons listed above (not because

   I cannot attend), no refund will be provided. You purchased a scripting

   lesson and did not intend to use it as such.

Terms of Service. It is important to review and understand these

terms before booking any lessons.


The Terms of Service are subject to change, and any modifications

need not be communicated to users accordingly – but will be noted

inside the Discord server.
