1. DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE

  A. BOOKING PORTAL (TRAFFT INSTANCE)

   - The booking portal is powered by Trafft, a secure third-party service.

    The following data may be collected and is accessible to me:

     • First Name

     • Last Name

     • Phone Number (optional)

     • Gender (optional)

     • Date of Birth (optional)

     • Discord Profile (optional)

     • Virtual Signature of TOS Acceptance

   - These details are manually entered by you during signup.

   - Trafft also records your IP address for security purposes such as:

     • Preventing unauthorized access

     • Blocking student accounts if necessary

   - When you purchase a service:

     • An invoice is generated with your name, email, and appointment info.

     • A transaction record is created, containing a Transaction ID

      linked to Stripe or PayPal. Payment details are stored on their

      respective platforms and are not accessible to me.

  B. DISCORD SERVER

   - If you choose to interact in my Discord server, the following data

    is automatically recorded:

     • All deleted and edited messages

     • All interactions with voice channels and bot/API events

   - This data is tied exclusively to your Discord account.

   - You cannot request deletion of this data from me.

    To remove it, you must delete your Discord account by contacting Discord.

  C. ADDITIONAL NOTES

   - I maintain internal records to personalize your learning experience:

     • Lesson Notes: Covering content, progress, strategies, and future plans

     • Trafft Account Notes: Information on learning speed, level, and

      other relevant factors

2. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

  The data collected is used for the following purposes:

   • To manage and schedule lessons via the Trafft booking system

   • To ensure a secure and effective learning environment

   • To personalize and adapt lesson plans to your learning needs

   • To contact you about bookings, changes, or payment matters

3. DATA ACCESS AND DELETION

  A. ACCESSING YOUR DATA

   - You may request a copy of your data by emailing:

  B. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

   - To delete your account on Trafft:

    Go to your profile settings and click "Delete Account".

  C. DISCORD DATA

   - Discord data is bound to your Discord account and cannot be

    removed by me.

   - To request deletion, you must contact Discord directly.

4. DATA SECURITY

  - Your data is securely stored using trusted services:

    • Trafft

    • Stripe

    • PayPal

    • Discord

  - All reasonable efforts are made to protect your information.

  - However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is

   100% secure. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
